Major Supreme court Cases
- Marbury v. Madison - in this case got rid of laws that were not constitutional, resolve problems between laws.
- McCulloch v. Maryland - in this case the court expanded congress powers to include those implied by the Constitution.
- Miranda v. Arizona - this case was about arresting someone but not reading them there miranda rights so they were able to get away without any problems.
- Plessy v. Ferguson - this case decided that people of different skin color and races would have to go to separate but equal facilities.
- Brown v. Topeka Board of Education - overturned the case Plessy v. Ferguson and called desegregated schools across the U.S.
